EDFINANCIAL is XXXX After asking for a refund on the payments we made during the pandemic pause we are being told it will be ATLEAST 5 months till we receive our refund back. 5 months!!!! When we call back to confirm refunds have started to process they are not finding any records of us calling and requesting the refund that we sat on hold for for 3 hours to request. Edfinancial is LYING to borrowers
