I am an XXXX XXXX without credit history, nor account, nor credit card in the US. I received a fraud text message ( on XXXX, 2022 ) through which I gave them my address, name, date of birth and SSN. Then I contacted XXXX, Experian and XXXX through phone ( on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, 2022 ), I was told that I do not have credit account and in order to create one, I need to fax and mail ( on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, 2022 ) them a copy of my ID and proof of current address and some requires a copy of my SSN card. Then they can create credit accounts for me and lock it to prevent potential harm from the theft. I mailed the documents as required. However, I received mails ( on XXXX XXXX, 2022 ) from Experian and XXXX stating that they can not locate credit report and therefore they can not create credit file for me and freeze it. With XXXX, I never received any response.
