I am XXXX XXXX a first-hand competent witness to these actions. On XX/XX/2022 i brought it to the attention of Experian that the account held by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was in dispute and that it should be removed from my credit report. Experian continues to cause substantial injury to my person by keeping false and inaccurate information reporting to my credit report causing further harm to my reputation as a protected party under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Experian 's behavior continues to be abusive, and it has already begun taking its toll on me mentally. Experian has reported back to me alleging that the account has been verified and that it has further been updated and that it couldn't be removed. Experian has only one duty and that's to report fairly and accurately and they have failed at doing that. furthermore, Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i, i am demanding a full reinvestigation over the completeness or accuracy of the information contained in my consumer file. Experian has a Duty to me and i expect them to perform the way they are required to perform on behalf of the consumer and the banking system. should Experian 's behavior reflect anything other than their duties under the FCRA, this is my formal notice that i intend to file suit against Experian and all its corporate affiliates and be granted what i am entitled to as a protected consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as criminally under title 18 for making false statements and interfering in commerce. I may seek to be rewarded the amounts of the account that has been fraudulently reporting from the day it was first furnished along with any damages that have resulted from the harm that has been caused over the years from your illegal reporting. This is an official notice. You have 5 days to respond.
