After receiving notification of this debt I quickly asked for validation. I was not in agreement on the amount and the charges for the debt ( reasons stated below ). I sent letters to H & W and XXXX All I received was the exact same validation information from H & W and no response to my statements about the inaccuracies. I lived at an XXXX property ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from XXXX. I moved out in XXXX of XXXX and left a very clean apartment with minimal wear and tear. In the two years I lived there, the turnover for other apartments was very heavy. Every apartment that someone moved out of, got new carpet, I watched this many times. Even apartments where the tenant was there less than a year. It said pet stains but my dog was 100 % bathroom trained and there are no stains on the carpet ( as shown in my pictures ) Additionally, they charged for cleaning appliances when I personally cleaned appliances and took pictures of appliances and every room before vacating the apartment. Also, I never received anything from XXXX, although they had my forwarding address. I had no clue about this bill until a collection agency contacted me in XXXX of XXXX.
