I have tried to dispute the bankruptcy that is showing on my credit report. I attempted to asked them how did they get permission? According to USC 1681 c ( a ) 1, states that credit reporting agencies are not to show a bankruptcies on a person 's personal credit report. There are tons of inquiries that I have requested to be removed as well, but they sent me a document stating that its accurate. HOW? They have not sent me anything to validate any of those inquiries.
