I sent Equifax a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX which was received by their office on XX/XX/XXXX. They were notified of several fraudulent accounts listed on my consumer credit report that was NOT made by me. I requested that they block these fraudulent accounts ( LISTED BELOW ) under the Fairs Credit Act 605b. According to the fairs credit act, once requested the Credit Bureaus are REQUIRED to respond within 4 business days. EQUIFAX HAVE FAILED to respond and block these fraudulent accounts therefore violating my rights under The Fairs Credit Act. I also requested that EQUIFAX remove the fraud alert from my consumer credit report as I have had it on my credit report for 2 years and Equifax still reported fraudulent accounts to my consumer credit report severely damaging my family and myself financially. I may also note that My information was breached in the Equifax Breach XXXX and also recently in that data mishap at the beginning of XXXX in which my score was inaccurate because of their mishap which caused severe financial hardship. I I would like assistance in this matter and if possible request legal assistance against Equifax for their repeated violations. I have attached the original letter sent to Equifax which includes an official FTC report filed with the Federal Trade Commission. FRADULENT ACCOUNTS XXXX.
