I have been trying to resolve these issues since XXXX until now XX/XX/XXXX with no real response to how did they verify the accounts and no change. I wrote to the United States Bankruptcy Courts on XX/XX/XXXX and they responded back that they do not report cases to credit agencies. I also wrote to XXXX several times and they have resolved and removed the Bankruptcy reporting off my report. I sent the proof to all of the credit agencies : XXXX, Equifax and XXXX and they are stating validated, I have sent at least 3 letters and twice by certified mail. In the letters I asking how did they verify the accounts and please send me a copy of my credit report and I received no answer nor a no letter, just an email from XXXX, with Validated. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and very irresponsible on they're behalf with the timeframe of 30-45 days and no letters with the answers and they are not even answering my questions. I need them to revisit the investigation, research, review and advise me with 30 days how did they verify this information and if they can not in writing Remove the items IMMEDIATELY from all credit reports and send me a updated credit report. Thank you.
