Despite the multiple written letters I sent to the 3 Credit Bureaus, my request for proper verification and correction of the erronneous information reported on my credit reports has been ignored. The last letter I sent to XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX Credit Bureaus was dated XX/XX/XXXX, but no Response was ever received from them. I have reviewed a copy of my updated credit reports and it is clear that the Credit Bureaus have ignored my requests. Their willful non-compliance has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i, which states that continued reports of the unverified information without any proof provided, within the time allowed by law, is not authorized.
