I have asked Capital One XXXX to remove me from their mailing lists at least a dozen times over five years to stop mailing me marketing promotions but they refuse. They are sending marketing materials to an XXXX I have, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am on all do not contact lists, personally & for this business, but they must not look at them or using them in their marketing programs. Please help me get Capital One XXXX to stop mailing me, as I have requested many, many times. Thank you
