Company refuse to provide copy of requested full disclosure of auto loan contract and credit card contract with complete account numbers and transaction history. Company Name : Capital One Company EIN XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, Virginia XXXX I believe the company has committed fraud by switching my auto loan from paid in full to owing a balance. This was put on my credit report in error. In fact, I had a credit card with the company also and somehow they have switched the credit card loan to the auto loan.
