The XXXX credit reporting settlement order is In the Matter of : Hyundai Capital America, Case No. 2022-CFPB-0005, before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX This complaint falls in line with the above class action suit that was filed. I am a consumer who has an account with XXXX. I have on numerous occasions disputed with the credit bureaus the misreporting of late payments that XXXX reported to them on my credit reports. Each time I received a correspondence stating it was verified and the late payments stayed on my reports. It is proven by the settlement that this is not the case for not only me but thousands of other consumers who have or have had accounts with XXXX from XXXX.
