Capitol One : Breach of Contract and Racial Discrimination. I submitted my identity documents on 11 separate occasions. I waited the 7-10 business days and heard nothing. I called and they first denied I sent them anything, then I recited the case numbers I had and they said that case is closed and I have to start over. Excuse me!? I uploaded front and back of my ID on XX/XX/XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX ; well within the 7-10 business days! That's a breach of contract! But that case is " closed ''!? I also mailed copies, including yet another full color set on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent several. Again, I was still well within the 7-10 businesses days for review. A review that has not happened and now I'm told will not happen since I called and effectively started the verification process over again by doing so! So, if I inquire about this again within the next few days, they will cancel on case and start the clock on another, and possibly give me XXXX answers within the 7-10 business days. Do you see the circular pattern of illegality occuring here? So while I was APPROVED of a {$10000.00} credit limit, they are refusing to release it claiming everything from " fraud '' to " we can't read your id '', then it was " your license is expired '', now it's " we didn't receive anything '' and " we have to start the verification process over again '' to me AND are refusing to allow me to see my credit score, and they are clearly using discriminatory business practices as part of the process. On another note : XXXX XXXX XXXX approved me for a loan USING THE VERY SAME ID PICS I SENT TO CAPITAL ONE! This process took only four days start to finish. I have even paid off my current Capital One credit cards with this loan I was approved for, using the aforementioned ID! I have sent my ID PICS as jpegs, fax, and in the mail. REPEATEDLY. Capitol One 's computer system will NOT allow me to send a CLEAR front pic ; the file would be too large. I told them this 6 times and in writing. And they still insist I use this method, even as they IGNORE the other methods, like mailing copies, that they suggest for me to do, and I have done. Again, Capitol One is engaged in flagrant XXXX discrimination and breach of contract.
