I have opened a credit card with Milestone MasterCard issued by The XXXX XXXX XXXX and serviced by Genesis FS Card Services. I opened the account XX/XX/2022 and closed it on XX/XX/2022. I made XXXX purchases totaling {$45.00} and there is XXXX fraud charge of {$220.00}. The current balance due is {$170.00}. I havent even had the account opened a month and they refuse and wont refund me any of the annual fee. How is it fair that I charged only {$45.00} to the account and then I have to pay thier fees in addition. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, THEY STEAL FROM YOU, THEY LIE, AND DECIEPT YOU. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE. I will pay back {$45.00} that i used. But i am not paying back {$120.00} annual fee to an account i closed less then 30 days ago. I closed it because the rep misinformed me and lied to me and said that my fraud charge made would not be adjusted for 60 days and that i would have to make do with {$100.00} available thats left on the card. They sent me a new card ending in XXXX. I have yet to recieve it. I asked to have the card reinstated and they wont re-open it. So why should i have to pay {$120.00} for annual fee on {$45.00} and a card not open for not even a month. This is pure inconsiderate and intent of harm done to a customer. It would be different if the account was remained opened or re-opened. But im not paying {$120.00}. I will contact a lawyer if they try to turn the {$120.00} in on my credit and send my account to collections. I will file a lawsuit. If they try and tarnish my credit score of a XXXX +, I will pursue them to the fullest extent of the law.
