I will skip over all of the nefarious practices that Navient has been engaged in since ( at least ) the life of my Joint Spousal Consolidation Loan plan. My main goal now is to have a copy of my Master Promissory Note. I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating the XXXX would be sent out within 10 days. I have yet to receive it.
