This is not a the same complaint, this is a new complaint with new information attached. The last complaint I filed for Identity theft because I did not recognize the accounts on my credit report. After talking with my previous loan servicer, I have new information. The attached letter shows my 8 student loans listed under two account numbers that were for IRS tax reporting purposes. Those are the same 8 loans that were rehabbed, they were just housed under those two account numbers and need to be removed from my credit file.
