In my last communication with the company they referred to me a case XXXX United States XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021. I donot belive this case is applicable and can be basis to my situation for several reasons. One primary reason is the Deed of Trust ( DOT ). What servicer does with respect to its Default/Acceleration should follow whats documented in the DOT. I wanted to confirm that what servicer did in XXXX case was what is really documented in his DOT. In my case what servicer did is what is documented in my XXXXXXXX DOT. The conclusion is that XXXX XXXX is different than mIne XXXX XXXX. Without knowing what is contained in XXXX Deed of Trust I can only presume that his DOT refers to primary mortgage which is quite detailed and not XXXX like mine. I would like to get a Copy of the DOT and NOTE of XXXX case before going further. The DOT and NOTE are public documents and are referred in the case so the company should not have issue in sending me the DOT and NOTE.
