This is to inform the CFPB of the bad practices XXXX XXXX XXXX LexisNexis XXXX XXXX those companies have violated my rights by sharing my personal information without a permissible purpose in allowing third party companies pool my consumer credit report I have posted a freeze in 2021 on all credit bureaus until present day those companies steel passing around my personal private information illegally conducting and verifying information without no permissible purpose. they have conducted investigations in those informations come back verifiable I have asked those companies to provide me with this certification application documentation signature showing my permissible purpose I am requesting that verification I'm the following companies. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX ( negative {$700.00} ) The company XXXX XXXX XXXX has posted late payments on my consumer credit report 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 3 ) Information regarding inquiries Except as provided in section 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer. This applies to all the companies mentioned above provide me with that verification application signature that I gave permission. You should have those documentations unfiled.
