Hello, As you can see from my previous complaint - I simply asked Experian, XXXX and XXXX to update my loans/credit cards as paid in full. Without my consent, Experian has removed XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX which reflects my credit worthiness to other bureaus as showing I am able to pay in full. Im not understanding why these bureaus exist if they never do anything right. I find myself filing a complaint at least 3 times a year. Im also not understanding why they would think its a great idea to remove a file that shows someone credit worthiness. In addition, Im certainly not understanding why they remove items without the consumers consent. I repeat : I never gave them permission nor did they have my consent to remove XXXX XXXX XXXX. I simply wanted them to mark as paid in full and I provided the letter showing it was paid in full. My request was simple and straightforward. Im not sure how they can misunderstand such a simple request, and its written. No where in the comments did I say remove. I simply asked for an update regarding payment status.
