On XX/XX/XXXX I requested that XXXX and XXXX and Innovis Consumer Assistance conduct a proper investigation under 1681 and all sub chapters. They are continuing to violate 15 USC 1681 ( a ) 15 USC 1681 ( a ) and all the subchapters regarding reinvestigating procedures and 15 USC 1681 ( i ) On a previous dispute I received correspondence dated XX/XX/XXXX, stating that they were not going to conduct any further investigations and that all accounts were verified. I sent documentation regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that correspondence states that this loan was not approved and should never have been submitted as a debt on my credit file. Had XXXX conducted a proper investigation that account should have been deleted immediately. A copy of the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX states that I was not approved for the loan. I have come to the conclusion that XXXX is knowingly and intentionally with a deliberate indifference continuing to violate my consumer rights.
