My Capital One Quicksilver Credit Card was recently closed. I attempted to have my account reopened via Capital One customer service. This occurred XX/XX/2022 I explained that I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was recently XXXX, with a XXXX XXXX During this XXXX my elderly mother was assisting me with paying bills, rent, and general up keep of my life outside of the XXXX. Unfortunately my elderly parent tried to pay my Capital One Quicksilver Credit Card bill without my permission and returned balances were the effect of my parent doing this. I called Capital One as soon as I realized what had happened explaining everything to them even that I was XXXX during the time but, they told me nothing could be done. Stating it was my fault even though I was in the XXXX and am XXXX. I am not sure why they are doing this and it has truly been an added devastation.
