I have sent a formal complaint to the reporting agency because inaccurate information, incomplete information and unverifiable information is being reported on my credit report. This has caused great stress in my life because of this problem with the agency reporting this inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable information. The first time I received a letter from the agency stating that they want to make sure that I am the person who is disputing and filing a complaint. I sent in verifiable identification documents and then I received a letter stating that the information was verified but they showed no proof, nor did they disclose any procedures that were done to prove that this information was verified and accurate as they have been reporting. As a consumer I requested the steps that the agency took to insure that these items were 100 % accurate under 15u.s.c.1681 ( i ( 7 ) Method of verification. Description of reinvestigation procedures.
