This is XXXXXXXX XXXX and I am submitting this CFPB Complaint to request the complete removal of the remaining fraudulent information being reported on my Credit Report. I previously sent a letter addressed to the Experian Credit Bureau to request that they remove the accounts and inquiries that resulted due to identity theft. I have read that under the FCRA section 605b, the Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove any accounts and inquiries that resulted due to identity theft. However, upon checking my updated Credit Report, Experian still indicate the disputed items on my Credit Report and claimed that the items and inquiries belong to me and are verified without sending me copies of documents bearing my signature or any document to serve as a proof of verification. This action by Experian is a clear violation on my rights under the FCRA regulation. I am now submitting this CFPB complaint to request that Experian conduct another investigation and if possible remove the disputed items from my Credit Report.
