I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX about a collection they put on my report via certified mail on XX/XX/2022. I sent a verification/dispute letter. I have yet to receive any response from XXXX XXXX XXXX to this date. I also sent a copy of the original verification/dispute letter to TransUnion via certified mail on XX/XX/2022 with a copy of the original certified mail receipt. They continue to report these inaccuracies on my credit profile. Also Im still yet to receive a response from the creditor in any form. Please assist me with getting this account removed/deleted. I feel this is an illegal practice on there end and they are violating federal and state law. Per Iowa law the creditor has a 30 day window to respond to my dispute. They have failed to do so in 2 separate dispute encounters which resulted in the removal of the account. This account out of the statute of limitations for reporting, I recently checked my profile and they have added the account back to my credit file for a second time.
