This is ridiculous! I have been disputing for the removal of the fraudulent items from my Credit report and yet the Credit Reporting Agencies have done nothing! I started disputing for the removal of the fraudulent items from my Credit Report since XX/XX/2022 and the last letter I sent to the Credit Bureaus was dated XX/XX/2022. I have read that the Credit Bureaus are required to remove any account and information that resulted due to identity theft. If the Credit Bureaus claim that the information they report are accurate and verified, I need the Credit Bureaus to send me copies of documents bearing my signature as proof of verification. If the Credit Bureaus are not able to provide the requested documents, and continue the reporting of the disputed items, please understand I will initiate legal countermeasures.
