In early XXXX I filled a dispute for transactions that were charged to me but not delivered, i stated I had obtained a log from the merchant admitting that the items were not received and stated I was due a refund but was unable to process it. However Chime still chose not to obtain this info and denied the dispute. I attempted to appeal the dispute and provided the information and was still denied. The only defense given to me was that the merchant had the right to not refund my money for any reason they chose regardless of if their own employees steal the items. I feel the bank made a decision in bad faith to protect the merchant without considering any evidence.
