In accordance to the Fair Credit Reporting act, the accounts listed below have violated my rights. I have reached out to each credit reporting agencies multiple times and now my credit report show serveral inaccuracies. The following account show different report dates which is an inaccuracy that is hindering my credit profile. XXXX XXXX XXXX acct number : XXXX 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States that i have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A section 2. It also states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account with out my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by seven years. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A Person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C 1681 ( A ) ( 4 ) States that : There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilites with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681i ( 2 ) ( A ) States that : Before the expiration of the 5-business-day period beginning on the date which a consumer report agency recieves notice af an dispute from any consumer, the reporting agency must provide a relevant noticed at the listed address regarding the dispute process. All of the following rights have be violated and might I humbly add, as a natural humans person this has been the most frustrating process yet. I am exercising my last option before a take further legal displinary actions. It is with great hope that you all will insure the dudilgence of each credit reporting agency is carried out.
