There is information on my TransUnion and XXXX credit report that has already been removed from my XXXX report. All consumer reporting agencies conduct the same investigation process so these items need to be removed. The Fair Credit Reporting Act states that I have a right to privacy and the only way a consumer report can be furnished is with the consumers written instructions. I never gave any consumer reporting agency any written instructions to furnish my information. Also transactions and experiences between a consumer and a person making the report are not supposed to be on my report as well. All of this is federal law the consumer reporting agencies have violated several of my federally protected rights and I need XXXX XXXX removed from all of my consumer reports immediately as it is hurting my ability to provide for myself and my family and the consumer reporting agencies are to exercise their grave responsibilitys.
