The original complaint was filed back in XXXX number XXXX with the text messages to me and my relatives. Recently, I have been emailing them and even called them because they have on my credit report via credit karma this account was opened XX/XX/XXXX which is not true! I have asked them verbally on a call in XX/XX/XXXX, multiple disputes via XXXX XXXX, emails as well as not only will no one correct this but they also will not provide me with the contract I dinged when I applied proving the card open date which is around XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. Today, I get in the mail a 10 page, front and back package of statements which i did not ask for and proves nothing since it has nothing to do with my request. With the multiple emails I have sent, they have responded to one simply saying the debt is valid which again does not answer my questions. First it was the harassing text messages to my phone, my cousin, my uncle and my ex husband in XXXX and not this! Please see all supporting attachments.
