I was residing in an apartment building, which I then had to request a new apartment due to multiple sanitary conditions as well as appliance and other maintenance repairs not done upon my move in date. I was then reassigned to another apartment, which was not any better. However, during this short time, I did pay for the rent while I was there. I was then called upon by XXXX different emergencies. First my XXXX was in need of full time care. I assisted her for some time until our family was able to find an appropriate agency for her needs. Second, I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I was called to do a tour in XXXX. This was explained to the management of the complex. However, they replied with, wrong dates. I am respectfully requesting that this debtor be removed from my credit report. I have attempted to contact them as well as file a dispute, but I did not provide as much detail. Yet, I provided them with the medical documentation as well as a legal letter from my XXXX XXXX XXXX.
