XXXX and Experian violated my rights according 15 U.S.C 1681i ( A ) ( 1 ) ( a ) and 15 U.S.C 1681i ( 5 ) ( D ) they claim to have conducted a proper investigation into my dispute but how is that so if my credit report with both bureaus is still showing the same inaccuracies. I am disputing a charge off account XXXX XXXX XXXX the high credit limits are inaccurate, dates opened are inaccurate, dates last active are inaccurate. XXXX performed an investigation into my dispute and found the inaccuracies and promptly deleted the account off my credit report with their bureau. I asked both XXXX and Experian what process was used to verify the account all it said was account updated. If they performed an automated investigation according to 15 U.S.C 1681i ( 5 ) ( D ) they would have found the information about the inaccuracies processed by XXXX. I am also disputing inquiries put on my XXXX credit report. XXXX XXXX inquiry dates XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX XXXX inquiry dates XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 I was deceived by their pre-approval offer and was not aware hard inquiries would be put on my credit report. Also 15 U.S.C 1681 602 A : states i have the right privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 604 A section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions
