I, XXXX XXXX, the consumer, have contacted CAPITAL ONE on XX/XX/2022, by certified mail which they received XX/XX/2022. CAPITAL ONE, did not disclose to me as required by law that I had the right to opt out of my nonpublic personal information being disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties. CAPITAL ONE has continued to report to the credit reporting agencies after my notice and demand to stop sharing personal financial information with unaffiliated third parties. CAPITAL ONE is in violation of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act these violations are listed : 15 U.S.C. 6801, 15 U.S.C. 6802, 15 U.S.C. 6803, 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( XXXX ) ( A ) ( i ), 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( XXXX ) ( B )
