Selene Finance holds our mortgage and as a result the escrow account is totally non transparent and as a result duly on XX/XX/2022 I paid my insurance through XXXX the insurance company notified Selene that the insurance was paid in full I also contacted them on a number of occasions to tell them the insurance would not be paid in escrow and as of the first of the year my taxes will be paid outside of escrow. There is also {$200.00} that is taken out oof my payment and no one can tell me where this money goes. As of XX/XX/2022 the escrow account had a balance of {$2000.00} and as of XX/XX/2022 there is a deficit of {$2500.00}. Not possible!!
