After making a dispute with TransUnion with CFPB ( XXXX ) and clearly showing evidence ( from the findings of a governmental agency ) of a discrepancy of the amount the buyer ( XXXX ) and the seller ( XXXX ) claimed as the sale price of my loan AND also showing clear evidence of other defects of the alleged transfer AND while no party has furnished an actual bill of sale showing the amount of transfer, TransUnion is still showing my student loans on my report after their investigation. I have sent written evidence from a governmental agency that shows a factual discrepancy about the amount of the loan : a discrepancy about the amount of transfer. XXXX has not sent evidence of the actual amount that the loan was transferred for, and I have a right under FCRA to a credit report that is 100 % accurate.
