This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I have been sending numerous letters to the Credit Bureaus for them to remove the accounts and information that resulted due to the theft of my Identity. The last letter I sent to Experian was XX/XX/XXXX with complete attachments of my Personal information, but despite all my efforts, Experian seemed to ignore my appeals and neglect their duty to comply with the FCRA section 605b. In my Previous letters and complaints, I am requesting that Experian investigate and verify the accuracy of the item I am disputing by providing me with documents that bear my Signatures. Since then, I have been waiting for them to respond to my letters regarding the investigation and the documents I have been requesting, but after a time of waiting, they sent me nothing. The Credit Bureaus are given ample amount of time to do and finish their investigation but their investigation had done nothing to correct my File. Now, I am submitting this complaint to urge Experian to remove the disputed item with or without proper investigation since the time allotted for them to conduct their investigation is already over. Once again, I AM REQUESTING THAT EXPERIAN REMOVE THE ITEM COMPLETELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT : XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$9700.00}
