This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I am tired of sending dispute letters to Equifax requesting that they correct these erroneous items being reported on my Credit File because they have been doing nothing! This complaint is to follow up my previous complaints and letters I submitted on XX/XX/XXXX and to inform them that I am halfway of taking legal action and sue them for their willful non-compliance of the FCRA statute. Only if the Credit Bureaus chose to update and correct the following items on my Credit report, then I may stop filing lawsuits against Credit reporting agencies.
