This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I have been submitting several written pleas to XXXX regarding the fraudulent information being reported on my file. The last letter I sent to the Credit Bureaus was XX/XX/XXXX with whole attachments of my personal information. This complaint is being submitted over the CFPB to notify the Credit Bureaus that I am a prey of identity theft and the accounts I am disputing do not relate to any business that I have made or approved neither did I established any profits as an outcome of the theft of my Individuality. This Complaint is to follow up my XXXX Complaints last XX/XX/XXXX. Per Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B ( a ), the Credit Reporting agencies are demanded to eradicate any account and information which were unlocked without my familiarity, approval or right within 4 business days with ( 1 ) suitable proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer ; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. I have once again attached my FTC report which I filed on their website and Police Report that I have filed on my local Police Department.
