I hereby attaching sworn statement given in from of Police Office XXXX XXXX # XXXX. Account information of fraudulent account is as follows. Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Open Date : XX/XX/XXXX Loan Amount : {$90000.00} Balance Owed : {$15000.00} Though this account appears to have been kept with good payment status, this is still not mine and must be removed from my credit report immediately.
