I requested an investigation because I need an explanation why two of these accounts are still being reported on my credit file - XXXX FUND Account Number : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX.. After waiting over 90 days for a response, still nothing, they have taken over 90, this is a violation and they are required to remove all the accounts. Per FCRA 623 ( b ) ( XXXX ) and 611 ( a ) ( XXXX ) and section 611 ( XXXX ) ( a ) of the FCRA, they are required to " promptly delete an account which can not be verified '' and that has taken over 30 days to investigate that I have disputed. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THIS TO A DISPUTE ISSUE! This is a VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS ISSUE! Your assistance in resolving this concern as soon as possible is appreciated.
