I've been trying to get a copy of my consumer report from TransUnion online and was unable to for 11 months, I called and a rep told me someone would call me back but never got a call from company, I keep getting a ( ( Temporarily unable to complete your request ) ) on https : //annualcreditreport.transunion.com for months i've also went on TransUnion.com website online tried pulling my report but the same error message came up, I've contacted TransUnion and spoke to a manager by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX that told me my account was a BLOCK Account and its a special LOCK on my information by TransUnion which have a special team, MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN AND ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT I monitor MY CONSUMER REPORT EVERY 7 DAYS OR EVERYDAY, after getting transferred to about 5 TransUnion reps a lady told me that there's nothing I can do to unblock her name is XXXX special handling department. suggesting that I pay XXXX for a membership fee to be able to monitor my file or go on XXXX XXXX to look up my report, AND when I told her about my rights under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act she told me I have no rights and there's nothing she can do I also mention that I'am to receive a free report every 7 days by law, she stated that was during covid-19 hang up on me, ''The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies '' Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers how can I make sure my consumer files that TransUnion is holding hostage is accurate, complete or fair if my consumer report is block
