I recently applied for a Business Credit Card for my Corporation and I was denied. The Bank said it was due to accounts reporting negative and lost multiple inquiries. The information that's on my consumer report is a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. Nor have I personally owned or used any of the accounts. Multi of my Consumer laws where violated violated Section 603 ( p ) states they must notify me and never did about negative accounts on my report. Violate 623 ( a ) ( 6 ) Incorrect info was never changed. ACCORDING TO 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ( A ) My right to privacy. Section 604- I never gave written instructions to any one to share my credit info Plus there are 4 inquiries on my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
