My sister sent me {$1000.00} via Venmo. I set an account with Venmo. I got the {$1000.00} but Now I can't get the {$1000.00} from Venmo. They will not answer their XXXX phone for nothing. I called Paypal because they own Venmo XXXX Paypal does not have a phone number to call them! I tried to send via email to them with the problem and they email me back saying they might take 2-3 XXXX days to solve the XXXX issue. And of course via email only. I think companies the do this should be made to have a customer service hot line, staffed with a god XXXX live person. I would like to start a class action to sue them. They can use my money for days with no accountability at all. thank you XXXX XXXX
