I have been unable to get my TransUnion credit score for quite some time now. I am unable to see it through XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and even TransUnion online monitoring service. At first I thought it was a 3rd party issue when my local bank, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX could not show my score. I then paid for TransUnion monitoring service of just their bureau w/ score for {$9.00} on XX/XX/22 when I logged in it showed my score was XXXX like everywhere else I had been seeing. The system offered me a " trial period '' of 30 days to see my score and then $ XXXX which I opted to take advantage of to see if that would give me my score. It directed me to setup another profile which I did but then instead it billed me {$29.00} and yet again I did not have my score. I have called into TransUnion on a weekly basis regarding this issue and to this date I still don't have my score. Their representatives are hanging up on me, stop responding by muting themselves, or trying to help but still not remedying my issue. At this point all I want is to be able to see my score and I would also appreciate a refund as the issue is obviously being created by them as I can't see my score even with their products.
