First had issue with original debtor. The hospital where the procedure took place. Tried to dispute with them but they failed to contact me. Within a months time and several attempts by me to contact them they had forwarded my account to a debt collector. Finally when we did connect they could not help me as the debt was already turned over to collection agency. I have all corresponding emails and letters that I have sent. First collection agency stopped as I had instructed that I was in dispute of debt. The second agency continually tried to call me. I sent a dispute letter trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. I have requested from them if they are licensed or bonded which is required in the State of Texas and have not received confirmation of this. Looked them up on the Texas Secretary of State web site and find them not legally allowed to do business in Texas.
