To begin, I haven't been trying to contact a " real person '' with Experian for the past week. Upon finally getting in touch with someone on XX/XX/XXXX, he was not only rude, but of no help in trying to solve my issue. I noticed some activity on my report and immediately placed a freeze on the account and tried to get things removed ( inquiries ) that were not authorized by myself. I also contacted the company before contacting Experian. I am a customer and I contacted this company for assistance, of which I received none.
