Thank you for your time, my issues are revolving around the amount owed to XXXX for a phone bill. I believe originally this charge was just for 2 months not paid which was under {$350.00}. The amount owed on XX/XX/XXXX was {$700.00} but prior to this date I didn't receive any notice about the debt to this company. I changed my address this year in XXXX and I just received a notice for the first time on XX/XX/XXXX via mail. To add, I never receive any notice in the mail at my previous address either. The inconvenience of the lack of communication unfortunately resulted in a high bill with added late fees concluding at {$820.00}. I strongly feel that this is unfair. I hope that we can agree that these charges will be completely dropped and I won't have to pay the entire bill. Thank you again for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
