I have contacted the reporting agency on more than one occasion, informing them that they are in direct violation of the FCRA as it relates to the furnishing of negative/inaccurate information on my consumer credit file. The account for XXXX, is reporting different late payment dates on each company 's site. In addition, in accordance with 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ), the term consumer report does not include ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. This account, XXXX, contains payment history with derogatory remarks, making this experiences relating to transaction history. The company never removed the errors from my report.
