Capital one on my report is incorrect. This account is reporting to be charged off. If the account is charged off, how can it have a balance and how is it reporting every month. According to the law if the account is charged off and the company has charged it off it should not be reporting with a balance, Please correct the incorrect reporting on this account, The balance is incorrect as well. I spoke to XXXX XXXX Employee ID # XXXX and XXXX ID # XXXX and they both advised that this balance is incorrect. I also have a letter from the company dated XX/XX/01 that the balance is incorrect. WHy is it still reporting incorrectly. How is this verified, what is the method of verification? who did you speak to?
