XXXX offers a subscription service to receive credit scores at a monthly cost, but that subscription can be canceled in the first 2 weeks or so before the customer is billed the monthly fee. I subscribed on Saturday, XX/XX/2022 and have been trying to cancel ever since. I have tried calling them, sending emails, and submitting cancelation via their online forms, all to no avail. It's very clear that the company is trying to make it virtually impossible to cancel the service.
