Opened Venmo account XX/XX/XXXX. My brother transferred {$1100.00} into said account. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX my bank account was verified, hours later my account was frozen for failure to abide by terms and agreements, when I call customer service they have no answers.. on XX/XX/XXXX I got an email requesting my bank statement, it has been 21 days now and I havent gotten my money yet. I am stressed financially and was borrowing this money to begin with.. now I feel I have put precious information out on the web because of this app
