This complaint is regarding an inquiry on my credit report on XX/XX/2022. I submitted a letter to the credit bureau regarding this inquiry that showed up on my credit report. I explained to the credit bureau I did not authorize this inquiry and that I had reached out to the company regarding this matter to remove it off my credit report. The company did not remove the inquiry and that's when I contacted the credit bureau. Unfortunately, the credit bureau did not remove the inquiry and advised me I would need to reach out to the company. At this time I'm hoping you can assist me with this issue and help me to get this inquiry off of my credit report. Thank you
